Yard Waste Options

- On-Call Yard Waste Program
Call us before your normal pick-up day to schedule a pick-up of your bagged or bundled yard waste.
Yard waste will not be picked up without prior notification. Please leave a message with your name, address and how
many bags or bundles you want picked up, if no one is available to take your call.
Please have yard waste out at the curb by 7:00 A.M. on the
day of your normal pick-up.
- Ultimate Yard Waste Program
For a reasonable annual fee, Tidy Tim will pick up a maximum of 25 bags or bundles of yard waste each week during the yard waste season.
The yard waste season usually runs from mid-April to mid-November, weather permitting. You can pay it as a one time fee or have it prorated through out the year on your quarterly bill.
- What Is Acceptable Yard Waste?
Bagged Leaves, Bagged grass clippings, Brush, twigs and tree limbs no more than approx. 3 inches in diameter and
Branches or tree limbs no longer than 4 feet and must be tied and bundled.
- What Is Not Acceptable For Yard Waste?
Dirt, sod, hay or straw. Tree stumps and large branches. Animal feces or dead animals. Rocks, concrete and asphalt.
- Other Yard Waste Options
To reduce yard waste you could consider a grass cycling program at your home! Grass cycling is nothing more than leaving your grass clippings on your lawn after mowing.

Or as a resident of Hennepin County you can haul your own yard waste. There is no charge. You must have proof that you live in Hennepin County.
